2. Nature of Services (Execution-Only)

EquiSmart is an advanced technical interface that provides users with market data aggregation, graphical tools, and analytical indicators.

No financial advice: We act solely as a technology provider. Our data should never be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Freedom of decision: Any decision executed in the market based on our platform data is entirely at the User's own risk and discretion.

Legal Risk Warning

3. Integrity and Prohibited Use

Any violation of the following protocols will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to the Dutch authorities:

Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial transactions.

Activities intended to disrupt server load or bypass platform security.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Dutch law, EquiSmart, its directors, and technical partners are not liable for direct or indirect damages — including significant capital loss — arising from technical downtime, third-party failures, or extreme market conditions.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. All disputes arising from the use of the platform fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rotterdam.
